1. Can I watch movies on the app?

Nope. You can only watch the movie trailers. We have movie trailers for "Now Showing" and "Coming Soon" movies.

2. I can't find my local cinema. Can you add it?

We are working hard to have a comprehensive list of cinemas. If your cinema is missing, please send its name and location to admin@AppSolution.my and we will try our best to include it into our cinema lists.

3. What is Favorites tab?

You can add your favorite cinemas to the Favorites tab for faster access.

4. How do I add or remove cinema from the Favorites tab?

Tap on the "+" icon on the top right of the screen. Once tapped, the button will be disabled and it will show in your Favorites list. To remove, you can go to the Favorite page, click "Edit" and tap on the "Delete" button. Alternatively, you can slide your finger across the cinema names and a "Delete" button will appear. Tap on the "Delete" button to delete.

5. There are certain movies which are missing. What should I do?

You can email us at admin@AppSolution.my and we will have a look into it. We will always make sure that the latest movies are displayed.

6. How do i get the direction to the specific cinema ?

Go to that specific cinema page and click on the address. You will be directed to Google Map and the destination will be shown on the map. click on the "Crosshair" to determine your current location. Once your location is determined, tap on the "Directions" tab and tap on "Route". You will see the route from your current location to the specific cinema.

7. The app is not working and no data are downloaded. What is wrong?

Our application requires internet connection (Wifi, 3G, EDGE or GPRS) to view the movie showtimes and trailers. If the app is not working, there might be some problem with your internet connection or the server is experiencing heavy load. Please try again later.


8. The app keeps crashing, who should I blame?

Blame and pointing fingers are useless. Instead, you can send us an email at, admin@AppSolution.my, and tell us how did the app crashed and we will solve it in our next version.


9. Other questions or ideas for how to make CineApps better?
